BRINTONS twice gave away leads as they had to settle for a 2-2 draw in Banks's Brewery League Division One South against fellow high-fliers Bustlehome.

Third-placed Brintons just failed to take the lead on five minutes when Flowers sent Mullen down the right but Mason failed to latch onto his cross.

The deadlock was broken on 10 minutes when Ash sprinted on to a through ball and beat the keeper.

Just before half-time, Brintons failed to clear a cross from the right and the away side equalised.

Brintons created several chances to regain the lead in the second half and Mullen crossed from the right for Mason to slot home on 65 minutes.

However, Bustleholme equalised when a quickly taken free-kick into the home side's box led to a lob over Fisher in goal.

And in the 83rd minute, Brintons were reduced to 10 men when Price was sent off for a second bookable offence.
