A CHARITY concert at St Edward's Church in Stow, has attracted several leading musicians.
The evening, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief, on Saturday, starts at 7.30pm and features the choir from Kingham Hill School, who will be singing Faure's Requiem as well as other works by the composer.
They will be accompanied by the assistant director of music at Gloucester Cathedral, Ian Ball. Baritone soloist will be Adrian Finch, formerly a choral scholar at New College, Oxford, and the treble solos will be performed by Kingham Hill student Timothy Emberson, formerly principal soloist of Lichfield Cathedral Choir.
Tickets, (£6 for adults and £3 concessions) include refreshments and are available from the school on 01608 658999.
