POLICE are urging a dog walker, who may hold vital clues to an indecent assault on a 20-year-old woman in Bromsgrove, to come forward.
The victim was grabbed and thrown to the floor by the attacker as she walked along an alleyway in Charford, between Grafton Crescent and Austin Road, at 11.45pm on Thursday night.
He ran off towards Grafton Crescent after being disturbed and left the woman with ripped clothes and a graze to her face.
Officers want to hear from a man walking his dog and two witnesses standing at a bus stop near St Andrew's Church.
DC Hywel Jones said: "This was a nasty attack on a lone female late at night."
The attacker is believed to be around 5ft 5in tall and wore a chunky metal watch or bracelet.
