ROVERS chief executive Pat Bannister has revealed the four directors who questioned his running of the club will not be re-appointed as directors if he completes his takeover.
But he added the four would be welcome to apply for different positions at the club if his deal to buy the shares of former chairman Stuart Arnold bears fruit.
Bannister again expressed his disappointment in last night's match programme towards Phil Baker, Tom Hebberd, Tony Partridge and Les Reid after they released a statement last month voicing their disapproval of Bannisters take-over and his running of the club.
Phil Baker said: "Once a takeover is in place I will make a decision about my position as a Rovers director but in the meantime I'll continue to offer the club my full support."
Bannister hopes his fresh offer to Arnold will finally be concluded later this week.
