CLIMATIC changes on Earth have produced a situation where closure of Worcester's Castle Street Hospital is inevitable.
Consequently, all functions taken away from Kidderminster Hospital must be restored and, in fact, the institution will have to be further developed in a manner never previously envisaged.
Instead of Kidderminster people being brought to Worcester for treatment, the reverse will have to be the case.
Another brand new hospital will also have to be built somewhere in Worcestershire.
Furthermore, all town and cities through which a major river flows should attract greater financial support from Whitehall, not less.
