WINYATES East youngster Kacie Atkins retained her ju jutsu international title at Worcester at the weekend.
The 11-year-old St Peter's CofE pupil triumphed in the over 45 kilos category at Perdiswell Leisure Centre on Sunday after winning the over 40 kilos section last year. Atkins beat off contestants from as far afield as Pakistan, Sweden and Lithuania en route to the trophy.
Atkins passed her black belt last month.
