FIFTEEN young employees from a Droitwich-based logistics company have reached a new level in their training.
Workers from Exel, on the Berry Hill Industrial Estate, have been presented with NVQ level 2 certificates in warehousing and distribution.
An award ceremony was held near Worcester and Exel's UK vice-president, Guy Elliot, presented certificates.
Employee Nick Giles, aged 25, was delighted with his achievement and said: "It's given me greater appreciation of health, safety and security and enabled me to become more multi-skilled and progress within the company."
Crystal Training, in Friar Street, Droitwich, has worked closely with Exel's training co-ordinator, Toni Collins, to help them achieve the certificates which have all been fully funded by the Chamber of Commerce, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
