A SUPERB performance by Matthew Jenkins and his colleagues saw them ease through to the quarter finals of the Charity Cup.
The pitch at Charford, Bromsgrove was very good and RBL enjoyed the day. Millfields could not contain the pressure in the first half but tried in vain to hold on. Although RBL were well on top they could only manage one goal in the first half, scored by the dangerous Jenkins.
In the second half it was mostly RBL. Jenkins further increased the visitors' lead and then Alan Gandy scored two more goals for RBL to put them in the driving seat.
In the dying minutes, man of the match Jenkins got his hat trick goal to increase his goal tally for his team and progress to the next stage.
