RESIDENTS in the Wyre Forest are to be polled to gauge public opinion on health changes in Worcestershire.
This follows the transfer of many services, including A&E, from Kidderminster Hospital in September.
Around 10,000 people will be quizzed as part of pressure by the Acute Health Services Task Group which was set up in May of this year.
Ultimately the task force is hoping for the restoration of A&E and acute inpatient services at Kidderminster.
Wyre Forest District Council will be asked to recommend a poll and to note the progress of the task group during a meeting tomorrow at Stourport-on-Severn Civic Centre from 6pm.
