RIGHT wing back Stuart Douglas is being used as Feckenham's reserve keeper at home to Northfield tomorrow (Saturday, ko 2.45pm).

The outfield player, who has deputised in goal before, is providing cover after assistant manager Mark Campion lost two shot-stoppers.

First choice Dave Fletcher is missing through family commitments and teenager Mark Shiels has been recalled by Redditch United while Dave Adey serves a three match suspension.

United youth team reserve Duncan McDonald is set to start between the sticks after joining the Valley tenants on loan and Douglas is on stand by for an emergency.

Mark Campion, in charge of team affairs while brother Clive is away on business, is also without defender Matt Betts who picked up an ankle injury in Wednesday's 2-1 defeat to reigning champions Nun Griffs.

Left midfielder Richard Jones is doubtful through work commitments and midfielder Andy Hawthorne is 50/50 after picking up a groin strain on Wednesday.

But defender Steve Taylor is set to start after a calf injury kept him on the bench against Nuneaton.

An Andy Underwood strike proved little more than a consolation after Feckenham found themselves 2-0 down to Griffs after 48 minutes.

Wayne Pulford sneaked in unmarked at the far post to head home for the visitors after half an hour.

Defender Carl Dainter hit the post for Feckenham on the stroke of half time but Nunenaton increased their advantage on 48 minutes after a mix-up in the box and a goalmouth scramble.

Lively substitute Brett Skinner revived the hosts missing a one-on-one with the keeper in the 70th minute before Underwood headed a Dainter corner just wide three minutes later.

The two linked up more effectively five minutes from time for Underwood to ensure a frantic but fruitless finish.
