A HOSPITAL patient's home was burgled by her son while it was unoccupied, the prosecution alleged in court at Kidderminster.
Jason Baker, 28, who has no settled address, entered the house and stole jewellery and medical equipment worth £1,000, said prosecutor Peter Parson.
Later, when his mother had returned from hospital in Worcester and refused to admit him to the house at The Foxholes, Kidderminster, he damaged the front door, Mr Parson told the magistrates.
Baker denied both offences and was remanded to live in a hostel in Birmingham while a date is set for a hearing in the magistrates' court.
