REIGNING champions Offenham RBL took on Evesham Servicemen's Club and they came away with a win by 12 points.

Doug Littlewood and John Wilks both scored 46 for Evesham and Paul Lewis 49 for Offenham.

Bidford RBL played host to Wickhamford SSC who gained an easy win by 21 points. John Shrimpton scored 44 for Bidford and Dean Baglin 48 for Wick-hamford.

Badsey Rec took on current league leaders Stanton Club at Badsey but found the visitors too strong losing by 12 points with Ashley Green of Badsey scoring 48 and Jackie Laming and Ian Harwood both hitting 47 for the winners.

The other Badsey team - RBL - were at home to Hampton WMC and gained a win by ten points. Barry Davies scored 48 for Badsey and Mark Neal 45 for Hampton.

Campden RBL took on newcomers George and Dragon at Campden and, with Bob Winkett and Dennis Buckland both scoring a 48, the home team secured an easy win by 23 points.

The highest score for the George was shot by Martin Smith with a 45.

The last match was between Fairfield Nomads and the Lygon Arms with the latter winning easily by 23 points with Ian Bostock and Andrew Print both scoring 45 for the Nomads and Keith Harris 49 for the Lygon.

This win keeps the Lygon in second spot one point behind Stanton and just ahead of Camp-den but only on away average.
