WE are trying to put pressure on this Government to include in the Queen's Speech to Parliament new legislation on Arms Controls.
The law has not changed since 1939, and the loopholes in the law have allowed business to broker arms through other countries for UK companies. This has caused misery for many civilians.
The UK is one of the top three arms exporters in the world. Tony Blair's government welcomed the findings of the Scott Report, but still has not done enough to implement tougher Laws - 87 per cent of people in a Gallup Poll this year say the Government has not done enough, either.
