A CHEF has cooked up her magic ingredients to win a catering award for the second time in four years.
Wendy Didlick, who works for catering company Quadrant at Kidderminster's Royal Mail sorting office, picked up her award at a special award ceremony at London's Alexandra Palace.
She scooped Quadrant's breakfast unit of the year title, which she first won back in 1996, and also finished third in the George Reeks Trophy in the hospitality assured category at last month's event.
Mrs Didlick said: "I was surprised and elated to win the award again. It makes me extremely happy to know my meals are appreciated by people.
"I want to say a big thank-you to my operations manager Stephen Clubley for his help, support and encouragement as it is not easy doing it all on your own."
