I WOULD like to thank everyone who organised and took part in the children's violin concert held in aid of the NSPCC at the Rowland Hill shopping centre on Saturday, October 28.
Everyone played beautifully and I look forward to more events of this type.
What a pity though that Dixons had to spoil the quieter pieces with music blaring out of their shop.
They had loudspeakers positioned outside their shop and pointing in the direction of the concert, and refused to turn them down even for half an hour.
