MAGISTRATES have refused bail to 24-year-old tyre fitter Jamie Dunn, of Callow Hill, Rock, after he admitted driving while banned, without insurance and with more than twice the permitted level of alcohol.
He was facing similar charges in Worcester, said prosecutor Peter Parson. He lost his licence for a drink-driving offence in March. The Kidderminster court ordered a pre-sentence report and remanded Dunn in custody until November 27.
