THE A team of Stourport Pistol and Rifle Club have won the Muzzle Loaders Association Championships first division for the fifth consecutive season.
They achieved their tremendous result in a division that was open to entries from Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
During the five A team wins, the B team has been placed second once and third three times.
A club spokesman said: "We are one of the leading pistol and rifle clubs in the country.
"We've all had to take up the muzzle loading shooting over the last few years since there was a pistol ban and the club has gone from strength to strength since then.
"There's other leagues we've won, including the national revolver competition. We also have members who have shot in the World and European Championships and who have represented Great Britain."
