ACCESS to dental services for people in Bromsgrove and Droitwich Spa is set to receive a £50,000 cash boost.
The money will be used to enable local dentists to treat hundreds more people on the NHS.
Worcestershire Health Authority will get the money from the Government, Health Minister Lord Hunt announced on Friday and can use its local knowledge to decide which dentists should benefit.
Lord Hunt said: "This is an important new step in our campaign to bring back NHS dentistry to everyone who needs it.
"I hope dentists will make the most of this opportunity."
