Elaine Frampton gave a delightful demonstration at the October meeting and entertained members with snippets from Charles Dickens' books which were very appropriate to the various arrangements she produced during her very enjoyable two-hour session.
The Club will be putting on an exhibition of flower arranging skills under the heading "At Home for Christmas".
This takes place at Wythall Library, May Lane, Hollywood, for two weeks starting on Saturday, November 25.
It is intended to show the varied types of flower arranging done and seen by members at demonstrations and workshops.
The next meeting is at Wythall Village Hall on Wednesday, November 15, from 2-4pm when Lorena Dyer will give a demonstration entitled "A Christmas Wish". The competition will be "The Holly and the Ivy".
