I BET there was an extra loud cheer on Mr P Hughes' night shift on Monday, October 30, when they read his reply to me.
As I've said before, if the Editor stopped printing my "commonsense" and sometimes "interesting" letters (to quote Mr Hughes) then I'd soon stop writing them.
Perhaps, after my rather unfortunate past, I'm just trying to prove, to both myself and others, that I'm not as daft as all that. Mr Hughes would no doubt disagree.
