PEOPLE from across the town proved helping youngsters throughout the country could be real fun as their toe-tapping antics brought in handfuls of cash.
About 140 people ranging in age from seven to 70 took part in a 12-hour sponsored line dancing session organised by the Redditch Bootleggers.
The money raised from the event will go towards the national Children in Need appeal, which takes place on Friday, November 17.
The exhausting event, which started at 11.30am and ended half a day later, netted a superb £2,474 for the charity.
