COTSWOLD hotels have scooped a hatful of accolades in the RAC's annual Hospitality Awards.
The three-star Lords of the Manor Hotel at Upper Slaughter was delighted to be given its first RAC gold ribbon, given to hotels that consistently demonstrate a commitment to superlative standards of customer care, service and accommodation. This year the hotel, the only one in Gloucestershire with a Michelin star, has also gained four AA rosettes and been named as joint restaurant of the year winner in the new edition of the Good Food Guide. Nearby Lower Slaughter Manor also retained its gold ribbon.
Cotswold House Hotel in Chipping Campden and Charingworth Manor kept their blue ribbons for high standards and Lower Brook House in Blockley won a coveted Little Gem award, given to smaller hotels.
