THE victims of two world wars, and other conflicts since, will be remembered at services in and around Bromsgrove this Sunday.

On Poppy Day, Saturday November 11, at 11am, in High Street, members of the Bromsgrove branch of the Royal British Legion, and the public, will gather before the Oddfellows' Memorial, above H Samuels shop in the town centre, for a two minutes' silence.

Many shops and businesses are expected to observe the silence.

On Remembrance Sunday, the following day, a parade led by the West Midlands' Police Pipe Band will head off from Parkside Middle School, in Stourbridge Road, at 10am to process down High Street to arrive at St John's Church at 10.30am.
