YOUR Editorial says (Evening News, October 21) "the only question is (concerning drugs) what to do about it".
I must admit, as an old fool of 63, it defeats me. Teenagers always have rebelled against authority, and indulged in the forbidden - cigarettes, booze, under-age sex and drugs.
