A WORLD-renowned Stratford cycle firm has had two reasons to celebrate this week after securing two major industry coups.

Pashley Cycles has secured a major deal to manufacture the new range of Land Rover bikes, first shown at the Motor Show last month, which will continue the all terrain image of the Ford-owned company.

The company was given another excuse to party when The Telegraph newspaper singled out the firm's website as one of the best for bicycles.

www.pashley.co.uk was rated third in the top ten, ahead of huge multi-nationals like Raleigh, for its informative pages that showcase the large range of hand-made bikes the company sells.

The range of high-tech Land Rover bikes and accessories will go on general sale in January, but a preview is available on the website.
