Don Warren was the MC and the next Whist Drive will be held in the Village Hall on November 15 at 8pm.
The Halloween Dance held on Friday was a great success. The hall was decorated with ghosts and all sorts of things that go bump in the night, there was a very spirited atmosphere!
Geoff George supplied the music and guests danced the night away. After supper, delicious as always, the raffle was drawn and dancing continued until 12.30am. All proceeds for this dance are for village hall funds.
Do you fancy a flutter? Or perhaps you'd like to own a racehorse. Then come along to Race Night at the Village hall on Saturday, November 18. First race at 8pm. Paddocks open at 7.15pm.
