A PRESENTATION on the controversial telemedicine system, which links up nurses at Kidderminster Hospital with consultants in other hospitals on screen for diagnosis, hit a hitch when the computer conked out.
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust director of information Colin Bexley was left red-faced when his computer failed as he gave a presentation - on the benefits of the technology.
Mr Bexley was telling members of Worcester and District Community Health Service about telemedicine at Kidderminster Hospital.
After wriggling with a few wires he was able to continue with the talk at Ronkswood Hospital last Friday.
