I FEEL sorry for people who need cars and pay over the odds in high taxes on fuel.
However, we need to clamp down on boy racers, parking on pavements (eg Cherry Orchard, Kidderminster), and on double-yellow lines.
There are also drivers who do not signal at junctions, cut people up, and drive so fast.
