A DRIVER was in a "blind panic" when he gave a false name after running into the back of a driving school car, his solicitor told Kidderminster magistrates.
Paul Gilbert, 20, of Jay Park Crescent, Spennells, Kidderminster, was banned for six months and fined £250, with £80 costs.
He admitted careless driving and failing to identify himself.
