FOUR Amazing Feet Running Club competitors headed to North Wales on Sunday for one of the country's toughest marathon challenges - the Snowdon Marathon.
Especially impressive were Eddie Sanders, who recorded three hours 24 minutes 18 seconds, and Matt Smith, 3-56-46, both in their 10th marathons.
Craig Freeman finished his 35th run at the distance in 4-10-56, while inter-club league leader Wayne Slater had a personal best of 3-57-37.
Richard Baker, Colin Pheasant and Lindsay Pulley took part in the Walsall Flyer five-mile race, finishing in 36 minutes 57 seconds, 42-06 and 54-12 respectively.
The annual meeting will be held at St Ambrose School, off Birmingham Road, on Tuesday, November 14, starting from 7.30pm.
