THE search is on to discover the Wyre Forest Sports Personalities of 2000.
Trophies will be awarded in seven categories and be presented at the Wyre Forest Glades Studio, Kidderminster, on January 18 next year.
The evening has been organised by Wyre Forest District Sports Council and sports development officer Louise Mills.
It's to recognise the achievement of sportsmen, women, juniors, coaches and administrators in the area who have brought great credit to themselves or their club over the year.
Trophies will go to: Senior Sports Personality of the Year, Junior Sports Personality of the Year, Coach of the Year, Team of the Year, Junior Team of the Year, Disabled Sports Personality of the Year and Appreciation award.
