TRAINEE solicitor James Gabb is swapping the law courts for the fight game next week when he heads to Sicily to represent his country.
James, aged 27, lives in Moreton and is part of the nine-strong British team taking part in the World Kickboxing Championships in Sicily from November 9 to 12.
After taking a silver medal at the last championships he has been training five days a week in the hope that he can go one better this time.
"I narrowly missed out on the gold, but I think I am better prepared this year and hope to win my weight category," he said.
