RUMOURS that MG Rover might again be bought by a foreign car company have been dismissed by the firm.
Reports in a Sunday newspaper quoted a motor industry expert saying the Longbridge car company might be bought by Volkswagen, Fiat or Peugeot.
Angela Wigley, at Rover PR, said: "The company is not for sale."
