A FAMILY fun day has been organised to mark the reopening of Bromsgrove's Dolphin Centre.
The event includes two sessions running from 10.30am to 12noon and 2pm until 3.30pm on Saturday November 11.
The fun takes place in the School Drive venue's pool.
For those who prefer to stay dry, activities will be held in the sports hall where Jasper the friendly wasp will entertain.
The sports centre reopens this Saturday after closing in August because of a fire.
Changes to the centre include the redecoration of the pool halls, extra cardio vascular equipment in the gym and the relaying of flooring in the learner pool.
Bromsgrove district councillor Terri Matthews (Con, Furlongs) said: "The opportunity has been taken to redevelop the centre beyond all recognition.
"We have a leisure centre ready to provide the highest quality services to the people of Bromsgrove."
