HEADLESS Cross Ladies extended a three match winning streak with a 2-1 County Cup win at Premier outfit Tipton.
Cross took control with goals from Claire Maxwell and Tina Waugh.
Tipton pulled one back in the second half but Cross held firm for a quarter final berth. Player of the Match: Gail Wright.
And Cross stayed top of the table with wins over Leamington Ladies, 3-2, and Marconi 5-0. Beth Jarrett hit a hat-trick against Leamington after the hosts trailed 1-0 ten minutes from time with Wright Player of the Match.
And Claire Maxwell (two), Elaine Frampton, Hayley Wootton and Player of the Match Sharron Porter were on target against Coventry side Marconi.
The Ladies visit near neighbours Redditch Utd on Sunday (ko 2pm).
