A MEDIUM and psychic author will be hosting an evening of clairvoyance at the Palace Theatre as part of a 30-date Visions of Another World UK tour next month.

Psychic since childhood, Stephen O'Brien often "saw" people others could not see and for the past 25 years, he has travelled throughout Britain relaying evidence of life beyond the grave to packed audiences.

Mr O'Brien, 45, appears at the Alcester Street theatre next Wednesday from 7.30-10pm and as well as touring, he also teaches and lectures on the paranormal.

He also claims to have experienced out-of-body experiences, precognition of events and has also investigated "hauntings" and glimpsed visions of the past.

And it is believed war heroes, accident and murder victims, animals and even world famous actress Judy Garland have contacted him from beyond the grave.

Mr O'Brien said: "At my evenings of clairvoyance, I stand between two worlds and relay to audience members messages of survival evidence, comfort and hope from their loved ones who have left the earth and crossed over into a world of light, beyond."

He has also written a 384-page book, also entitled Visions of Another World, which tells his extraordinary life story and has set up a 140-page spiritual teachings website at www.stephenobrien.co.uk

Mr O'Brien's television credits include Gloria Live, with Gloria Hunniford, in which 82 per cent of viewers believed his powers in contacting the spirit world, Wogan, TV AM and This Morning.

Tickets cost £7.50, £7 (disc rate) and £6.50 (with Reddicard) from the box office on 65203.

There is also a special party rate where for every 10 tickets bought, the 11th is free.
