THERE were eerie goings on in Droitwich Spa when children prepared spooky props for Hallowe'en.
Youngsters from Safehands Holiday Club, based at the Youth House, in Stalls Farm Road, had ghoulishly good fun on Monday making springy spiders, masks, capes and hats.
Children helped create an Egyptian mummy outfit and had their faces painted as part of the fright night fever.
The fun and educational activities marked the spookiest day of the year - October 31.
Club supervisor Lucy-Ann Howes said: "The children had a brilliant time working on their costumes, cards and crafts.
"We also plan for nursery children to do some apple bobbing."
