JUST a note in defence of former nurse Grace Wetton, who last week was unjustly accused in print by Gill Lungley and Alvechurch Parish Council of being disreputable and mischief making.
Grace has devoted all her working days to caring for others and helping to save life. Now in her retirement, she devotes her time and money caring for her beloved country and helping to save its life.
She cares that when that first class man William Hague recites his slogan "We want to be in Europe but not run by Europe," he fails to realise that if we remain in Europe we will most certainly be run by Europe, to our detriment, subjugation and eventual demise.
She cares, and about 30 million or so of us also care.
She cares that through manipulation, our voices are never heard. She cares and does her very best to get our voices heard.
She cares that Britain should remain proud and independent.
Is that so mischievous and disreputable? I think not.
