The first half was mostly even but RBL took the lead in the 12th minute when Matthew Jenkins hit the back of the net.
Hagley hit back and equalised just before half time. The second half opened well for Hagley, who scored two quick goals in the 46th and 47th minutes.
RBL were now looking a beaten side and went 4-1 down midway through the second half. Jenkins scored his second goal for RBL, but Hagley scored another goal ten minutes from the end to win. RBL man of the match was Neale Ingram.
