Stourbridge Town (4) 5

REDDITCH UNITED (1) 3

The Reds' poor run of results continued as stourbridge took advantage of the visitors' leaky defence.

Mick Guest's men led 4-1 at half time and looked to be coasting, despite a comical Redditch equaliser when Tony Brien's weak back pass trundled past a static De Bont, hit the post and Jamie Hart followed up.

Rhodes powered a header for Stour's first after 15 minutes from Danks' cross, colliding with a post as he followed through.

Ten minutes later, the duo linked up again, this time Danks netting.

Danks made it three with a low drive with Adey stranded and seven minutes before half time, United left back Stuart Randall flicked Scott Colcombe's corner into his own goal.

Redditch got back into the game with two soft goals in the second half as Stour eased off.

Jamie Hart grabbed his second with a cross shot nine minutes after the break and minutes later Nicky Cross slid in the box to claim Redditch's third.

Reds pushed forward in search of an equaliser and the pressure took its toll with Stour and Blues players squaring up five minutes from time in a 14-man brawl.

Gloucester referee Kevin Hawkes ordered Jason Rhodes and United defender Paul Molloy off.

Danks grabbed his second and Stour's fifth late in injury time, despite looking a mile offside, and sent the Amblecote Road faithful home happy.

Redditch: Adey, Mulders, Yapp, Manton, Molloy, Cope, Knight, Nicholls, Cross, Hart, Smith. Subs: Sutton, Dearlove, Burton.
