MALVERN RM took the honours in a ten-goal thriller to climb to the top of Sunday Division Four.

And they had hat-trick hero Chris Golding to thank for steering them to a 6-4 win over former top dogs St Domingo's.

The home side had won six games on the trot but had no answer to Golding and fellow hot shot Justin Senter who netted twice.

In the same division, Red Lion Falcons recorded their first point of the season with a 3-3 draw against Southside, Gavin Prosser netting twice for Southside.

Goals are certainly not hard to come by for Coppertops at the moment and they climbed to the top of Division Two following their 14-0 annihilation of Oak Apple. John Kelly led the way with six goals while Neil Cole and Simon Houghton also bagged hat-tricks.

Previous leaders Malvern Premier suffered their first defeat of the season at Wyvern, Dave Baker and Shane Rowe on target for the home side in a 2-0 win.

St Georges Sports made it seven wins out of seven at the top of Division One, the prolific Danny Hildrick bagging a brace.

Elsewhere in the division Mike Preeney grabbed a hat-trick for The Old Bush in their 5-1 victory over Express 88 with Dave Horan also netting a treble as Kays beat visitors Abberley 3-1. Ian Townsend netted twice for Herefordshire House who shared six goals with Malvern Radar and Ian Smith bagged two for Claines who drew 3-3 with Droitwich Spa.

On Saturday, All Blacks recorded their first win of the season in the Premier Division, Cecil Beeton, Mark Gardiner and Paul Symmonds on target in a 3-2 win against Hallow.

Chris Dixon and Andy Burke both cracked hat-tricks for Inkberrow who hammered Crown & Anchor 6-2.

The second round of the WFA Saturday Minor Cup saw hat-tricks for Will Hardy of West Malvern who saw off Tenbury United 9-4; Fleming Gill in Lamb & Flag's 5-1 win against Inkberrow Reserves and Dean Drinkwater as Langland Sports thrashed Lock 7-0.

Mark Underhill bagged a brace as Goodrest Sports beat Fox & Goose 4-0 as did Brian Craven of Powick who won 4-2 against Badsey United Reserves.

In the Junior Cup Carl Nesbitt netted twice for Droitwich Spa who won 3-1 at Malvern Rangers.

The Sunday Premier Cup saw Nelson ease to a 5-3 victory over GPO Rangers, helped by a hat-trick from Geoff Morris. And Archdales struggled to overcome Upton Sports before eventually landing a place in the next round, Steve Ennis and Phil Turpin scoring in a 2-0 victory.
