ORGANISERS of a mass trip to the Millennium Dome by more than 300 pupils at Malvern Girls' College say they will be pressing ahead.
A special train has been chartered to take the party from Great Malvern to Paddington and arrangements had been made for a fleet of red double-decker buses to complete the journey to Greenwich.
But bus operators were forced to call off the booking because of the fuel shortage, forcing MGC to consider abandoning the trip. But, following discussions with London Underground, arrangements have been made to take the party by Tube instead.
