ARSONISTS have stolen and torched a car worth £3,500 after taking it from the owner's home.
The Rover 218 saloon was stolen from outside the property in Kidderminster's Brook Street.
Arsonists later set fire to it in the town's Springfield Park between 9.10pm on Monday and 12.45am on Tuesday.
