HOMELESS folk in Bromsgrove are being given the chance to start again.
Bromsgrove Youth Homelessness Forum is hoping to provide an easy access drop-in centre to prevent youngsters from becoming homeless and also to help those who are already.
It was set up just over three years ago as a result of a presentation given by young people from Worcestershire.
The county's Youth Enquiry Service in the town and Bromsgrove District Council support the forum but the drop-in centre is in the very early stages of development.
The forum is appealing for help from businesses in the area because they will need £1,000 to register as a charity.
The group hopes to raise funds through a lottery grant to help set up and run the centre.
Anyone interested in helping the group should write to Bromsgrove Youth Homelessness Forum, 45, Worcester Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7DL, or call (01527) 570027 for more information.
