A NEW £1m sheltered housing scheme was opened on Friday for elderly people in Bromsgrove.
Bromsgrove District Council chairman Cllr Ann Doyle (Con, Barnt Green) officially opened the flats, at Oak Apple Court, Catshill, which is the second sheltered housing scheme in the area.
The event was also attended by Bromsgrove MP Julie Kirkbride.
Residents have already moved into the complex which was completed in May.
