WITH former council leader David Barlow's desire for investigations into wasted public funds and councillors being judged financially incompetent (his words), does this now mean that any spending during the previous 20 years of council control will now receive the same attention?
One example among many was the runaway costs of the Sabrina Bridge. Would matters such as these warrant the same attention?
