BUDDING artists in Bromsgrove are putting their work together to create an exhibition in the town.
The painting and drawing members of Avoncroft Arts Society asked headteachers at the town's high school how they could help identify the work of A-level students.
Each student has to create a portfolio of work to be examined as part of their course but only a selection is picked and the rest, although of a high standard, is never seen.
The society has agreed to host an exhibition of these pieces at Avoncroft Arts Centre, Stoke Heath, from Friday September 22 so townsfolk can admire the talent.
