Harvey rode his luck early on but went on to make 60, supported by J Hill with 47.
A late flurry of runs saw Hewell post a total of 234-7.
Paul Hedges with 3-38 and Lewis Clark 2-99, plus Geoff Reader were the wicket takers for Alcester.
After a 50-run partnership between Richard Reader 48 and Paul Hedges, Alcester slumped to 117 all out with Allcock 3-12 and Waldron 3-7 cleaning up the tail-end batsmen.
