PUT into bat, Redditch lost two wickets for nine.
Then Spencer Cox, with a superb 100 not out, plus excellent support from 14-year-olds Richard Young 32 and Alan White, helped by veteran Chris Taylor (26 not out), saw Redditch total 211-4 from their 50 overs.
Pershore, in reply, were never scoring at a rate to get close to victory.
The home team were pegged back by the young Redditch attack of White with two wickets and Mat James with one, with support from Young and Richard Stokes.
The other wicket takers were Steve Merry 2-13, Wil Wilson 2-19 and Taylor 2-4.
