THE new Bishop of Dudley, the second most senior clergyman in the Diocese of Worcester, was announced by the Prime Minister's office on Monday.
The Rev Canon David Walker, a parish priest in Rotherham, will succeed the Rt Rev Dr Rupert Hoare, who has moved on to be Dean of Liverpool Cathedral.
